I cannot believe we are at the end of Summer! Here we go again...three of us back to school!
Mike has his first teacher day this week and will be start up his Masters again this Fall. Emerson will be going off to kindergarten next week and that makes Mommy so sad! I will miss having him at home all day, playing memory during nap time, reading books throughout the day and just having his help! My baby is growing up too fast! I will be starting my second semester of classes in Culinary Arts. I am so excited to take my baking class! It will be so much fun and a nice break throughout the week.

Back to the end of summer though....



Mike celebrated his 29th birthday at the end of the month and we had a wonderful day. We went down to the temple with his older brother Rod and his wife Amber. Thanks to Nana for watching our kids and Grandma Nehring for watching Rod and Amber’s kids. It was a special trip and we enjoyed eating out at Red Robin afterwards.
Later that night, we got together with some of our family and friends for a surprise birthday party. Mike sure was surprised when he walked in from swimming at the neighbors and saw Janae, Colby and Robyn standing there! Thanks for covering your eyes=) We had a wonderful time playing games, eating Cafe Rio and cake, and just visiting. We are so blessed to have such wonderful friends and family!
What a great day celebrating Mike and his 29 years on this Earth! We love you so much Schatz and are so grateful for all you do! You are such a wonderful husband and father! You are so supportive, hardworking, loving and such a great example to me and the kids of everything a husband and father should be. You always take time for us, no matter what is going on, and you are always serving others! We love you and are proud to call you Schatz and Dad!
