How much can we fit into one day???

Woke up at 5:45 a.m. to the phone ringing.
6 a.m. - Shower, pack lunches and breakfast, get everyone ready and load van. Glad I did a lot of prep the day before, with only an hour to get a family of 5 ready!
7 a.m. - Leave for the Louisville Temple with 2 other families and 1 babysitter.
8:30-11:30 a.m. - Enjoy our time with friends, have a wonderful temple experience, eat yummy taco salad and then head back to Columbus (1 1/2 hrs away)
2 p.m. - Mike leaves to mow for a while and I lay Hailey down, put Backyardigans in for the boys, and rest my eyes. Wake up to Jakob telling me he went poo-poos in his pants. I was only asleep for 10-15 minutes.
3:45 p.m. - Leave for the church to help set up for an open house.
5:45 p.m. - Come back home to go to a birthday party and clean out Mike's parents van (that they so graciously let us borrow for our temple trip) and change Hailey's clothes for the 4th time. Knock the detergent off the shelf and have to clean it up. Mind you it is concentrated and REALLY HARD TO CLEAN UP! Thank you Melaleuca!!
6-7 p.m. - Mike comes home and we go to a wonderful birthday party for our good friends little girl.
7:20 p.m. - Leave for open house at church.
8:30 p.m. - Return van to Mike's parents and get our van.
9:00 p.m. - Realize we are almost out of formula! Come home, eat, read scriptures, say prayers, read stories, brush teeth, lay kids down.

NOW....The house is quiet and my husband is at Walmart getting formula! How grateful I am to live in a town that Walmart is opened past 9 p.m. Time to relax and go to bed!

So, how much can one really cram into one day? I am just glad we aren't doing it alone!

We really enjoyed the temple today. We were able to do a session with our friends the Sefcheks and the Bloomfields (a new family in our ward). Mike's parents were working in the temple today and were able to be in the session with us. What a wonderful experience! We saw a lot of Sisters from Columbus working there and it just makes me so happy to see those I know! You get a little glimpse of what heaven is going to be like...ONE BIG REUNION with so many friends and family. How blessed we are!!!!

Wow! One crazy busy day. You lived through it though. I'm glad everything ended well though.
