Oblivious to the World!

Those of you that have kids know that sleep is precious. So, hopefully we weren't the only ones that didn't realize that we were having an earthquake at 5:30 this morning!
We woke up just for a minute to the windows rattling. We thought it was just the wind and dismissed the thought. It wasn't until I woke up that I remembered the computer shaking. I told Mike to check it out and he moved things away from the wall. Just as he did that "the earthquake" (that we didn't know was one) stopped. My cute husband thought that he was the one who fixed the problem and came back to bed.
My how precious our sleep is! I only hope that we don't sleep through more serious things, like a bigger earthquake!! At least, if there is a tornado the sirens will wake us up=)

Glad you are all o.k.! Mike is such a SuperMan! That's amazing that he can stop earthquakes! Lynzee and Micah felt the quake, too, but all is well there. :) Wish you guys were here for pizza and a movie night tonight! Much Love!

I know, that was totally crazy. I couldn't tell what was going on. Being that it was in the middle of the night and being half awake and half asleep doesn't help. Glad we're alright.

How funny! We sleep through natural disasters, but can be immediately wide awake when our kids cry. The joys of parenting!
P.S. Good Job Mike!

What are the exact dates of your Utah trip? We will do our darndest to see you! My family's cabin is not too far from Salina, so we are kind of familiar with the area. Congrats to Marc! :)
