The boys woke up to a surprise cotton ball trail (or tail fluff) left by the Easter Bunny. They had to follow it all the way to their baskets and also saw that the Easter Bunny left a trail going out our back door. Tricky Bunny! The Easter Bunny came on Saturday morning before we left to go up to Nana and Papa's for dinner. We wanted to keep Sunday Christ centered, so opted to do that this year.

Emerson was still pretty tired, but it didn't take him long to get excited.

We had fun with our family at Nana and Papa's. The boys were really tired though and both took short naps before we headed home. The holidays sure can wear a little one out. Nana, once again, made a delicious meal and we all ate more than we probably should have. I will just enjoy that while I can. Oh, and Mike's parents were able to join us after their Scout meeting. It was nice to have both families together.

I wondered how the kids would do this year finding eggs, but Emerson was so quick and filled up his basket soooo fast.

Easter day was wonderful! We went to church and then had a wonderful dinner with the Nehring's. Our friends, the Pendletons also joined us. They moved out here in January with Cummins. They just finished school at BYU and are far from family. So, it was nice to be able to share the holiday with them as well!

These are such fun pictures of your Easter. I think that is such a cute idea with the cotton balls. We had a way fun time the other day coming over. Yeah, we totally need to do it again.
